Contact and corrections
Found a decision that is missing, a processing date that has moved on, or a bug in a tracker? Send the details below. This is a personal project, so there is no support desk and no guaranteed response time — but corrections that can be checked against the source are usually fixed quickly.
Where to send it
- soni.soni.parth@gmail.com Best for data corrections, missing rows or a privacy question.
- Open a GitHub issue Best for a reproducible bug in the dashboard or the scrapers. The code and data are public.
- Use the suggestion form Best for a feature request or a general note. It is stored in the site's D1 database.
What makes a correction actionable
Include enough for the row to be checked against the published source:
- The application number and the decision date you are looking at.
- The page or file where you saw it, with a link or the exact date of the embassy spreadsheet.
- For a processing-date issue, the tracker (Stamp 1G or employment permit), the category and the date you expected.
- What the tracker currently shows, and what you believe it should show.
What not to send
Please do not email passport scans, application receipts, payment details, PPS numbers or any other personal document. Nothing on this site needs them, and the project does not want to hold them. An application number and a public decision date are enough to check a row. For anything about your own immigration status or a pending application, contact the Embassy of Ireland in New Delhi, ISD or your immigration solicitor directly — this site cannot give advice and cannot see your file.
Scope. The tracker records published decisions and processing dates. It does not predict individual outcomes, expedite applications, or provide legal advice. Questions about a visa refusal, a stamp or an appeal belong with the official body handling your case.
Privacy
Email is processed by Gmail so it can be read and answered. The suggestion form stores what you type in the site's database; timeline submissions are published in the public community data after the nightly sync. See Privacy for the full picture, including how to ask for a message or submission to be removed.
